Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to ensure the optimal delivery of IT services for agencies within our scope.
  • Assist in generating regular reports to gauge the health and satisfaction levels of agencies, utilizing KPIs as benchmarks.
  • Work closely with the Business Partner to serve as the strategic IT advocate for their respective agencies.
  • Contribute to maintaining the security and currency of mission-critical systems and processes within the agency framework.
  • Provide support in implementing key initiatives across our network of agencies, ensuring smooth integration and support.
  • Assist in conducting analyses of business requirements for IT support and system enhancements, collaborating with the Business Partner to ensure alignment with agency objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Business Partner in evaluating budgets and staying informed about technology trends, offering insights and recommendations tailored to the needs of each agency.

Qualifications

  • Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, & security.Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with great attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information technology, information systems or related field
  • Minimum five years' experience working in IT operations.
