The Media Billing Specialist is responsible for managing and processing media-related invoices, ensuring accurate billing, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial systems, and collaboration with media planners, finance teams, and vendors to ensure smooth billing operations.

• Process and review media invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts.
• Reconcile media buys with invoices to ensure correct charges.
• Communicate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of media expenditures and payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Generate and distribute billing reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and industry regulations.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Utilize media and accounting software to track and process transactions efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing processes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in billing, finance, or media accounting. Experience in media agencies or marketing firms is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Mediaocean, Strata, or similar platforms).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple billing cycles.
