We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cash Applications Team Lead to join our global shared service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in processing wire payments and managing transactions in multiple currencies. As a Team Lead, you will guide and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 

• Lead and manage the cash applications team to ensure accurate and timely posting of wire payments.
• Oversee the daily processing of cash receipts and postings to customer accounts.
• Ensure all wire payments are accurately recorded and reconciled in the system.
• Manage and resolve any discrepancies related to cash applications.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient cash application processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for cash application procedures.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cash applications.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations
